Chubu Region

Chubu Region (中部) is located at the center of Japan’s main island of Honshu, and are sandwiched by Kanto and Kansai. Some of the locations in the area are Shizuoka and Yamanashi prefecture, which are the home to Mount Fuji, the tallest mountain in Japan, and Niigata prefecture, which are famous for the rice field and snows during winter season.
