Marunouchi
Marunouchi (丸の内) is a business district in Tokyo located in Chiyoda, between Tokyo Station and the Imperial Palace. Located between the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station, it is one of the most prestigious commercial districts of Japan.
Marunouchi is bounded to the east by Tokyo Station, one of Japan’s busiest rail stations and a terminus for several lines of the Shinkansen. Marunouchi is also the financial center of Tokyo, with three of the largest banks in the country having their headquarters there.
