Check official information
Open the official pages for your transport, accommodation and places you plan to visit. Check hours and service updates again on the day, as they can change. Consult the responsible public authorities for entry requirements.
Prepare your connection and charging
Check your device and charger, and read your connectivity provider’s setup instructions. Keep your accommodation address and useful contact details on your own device or paper so you can find them without a connection.
Keep booking and route details handy
Organise reservations and destinations somewhere you can access them. You do not need to enter personal booking details into this kit. Confirm luggage collection and accommodation arrival conditions, and leave room to change your plans.
Choose your Japanese phrase cards
Open the cards for situations you expect to encounter and use a readable text size. Print or save them as a PDF through your browser if useful. Saving a kit in this browser does not sync it to another device or guarantee offline access.
