  • From Tokyo Station, take the Joetsu Shinkansen to Takasaki Station (approx. 50 minutes). From there, you can access various parts of Gunma Prefecture via local trains.


  • Highway buses are available from Tokyo to various destinations in Gunma Prefecture, such as Maebashi, Takasaki, and Kusatsu Onsen. Travel time varies depending on the destination, ranging from 2 to 4 hours.


  • Driving from Tokyo to Gunma Prefecture takes approximately 2 hours via the Kan-Etsu Expressway, depending on your destination within the prefecture. Keep in mind that toll fees apply.
